terms and conditions are in contrast to the Website Disclaimer and applicable
to the acquisition of any online or physical course. Before booking an Online
Course or in-person sessions, please read these terms and conditions carefully
and print a copy for your purposes.
If a
dispute occurs between our Website Disclaimer, these terms and conditions, and
any Course Specific Terms and Conditions that may apply to a specific Online
Course or in-person Course, the issue will be handled using the following
priority order:

By
clicking the “Accept” button on our website, you agree to the terms of this
agreement, which will bind you. You must avoid buying any Services from us if
you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
“Confidential
Information” refers to written, graphic, recorded, machine-readable, or other
forms of information provided by one party to the other about the other party’s
business, clients, suppliers, finances, and other aspects of the other party’s
business or products, including, without limitation, the Course. However, it
does not include information that is already in the public domain due to the
disclosing party’s default, information that is required to be disclosed by a
court or regulatory body, or information that is already in the disclosing
party’s custody or control.
“Course
Materials” means the information provided by Central University Collegeto
accompany any course provided as part of the Services in hard copy or
electronic form.
“Fees”
means the fees paid by you to Central University College for the Services.
“AED”
Means United Arab Emirati Dirham.
“USD”
Means United States of America Dollars.
“GBP”
Means Great Britain Pound
Copyright,
rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs
and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential
Information, and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered)
all over the world are referred to as “intellectual property rights.”
“Online
Course” means the delivery by Central University College of an online course
under which you learn course materials remotely.
The
supply of the Online Course and/or the in-person Course and/or the Course
Materials, as well as any other services agreed upon from time to time and
purchased by you through the Website or by telephone, are referred to as
“Services.”
“In-Person
classes” means a course taught by us in a classroom setting to which you attend
in person.
“Website” means https://www.centralacademyuae.com/.
“Central
University College” means Central Education LLC. As per the official license
from the Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.
“you”
means the individual purchasing the Services.
2. The
Services
2.1. On
our Website, you may find a description of the Services as well as the dates on
which they will begin. We will deliver the Services with reasonable care and
skill in accordance with the Website’s description.
2.2.
Without prior notice, we have the right to change or discontinue any of the
Services mentioned on the Website.
2.3. We
expect you to double-check that the Services you’re buying will suit your
requirements. We offer no assurances to you that your purchase and completion
of any of the Services will result in a specific result, professional
qualification, or employment opportunity.
3. Ordering
Services
Purchasing Services via the Website
3.1. To
purchase any of the Services online you must register for an account with us
via the Website. If you already have an account with us you can log into
your account using your user name and password.
Purchasing Services via the Telephone
3.2. To
purchase a Service over the telephone please call +971507346373. You do not
need to have registered for an account with us to purchase any of the Services
over the telephone. You must, however, register for an account with us to
access your course online.
3.3.
When you place an order for a Service over the Website or over the phone, you
are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Central University College reserves
the right to cancel or deny your order, or any part of it, at any time until it
has been confirmed in accordance with clause 3.5 below.
3.4. We
will call you to confirm receipt of your order for Services after we receive it
over the Website or over the phone.
3.5.
When we have:
(a)
accepted your offer to acquire Services from us by sending you an email
confirming the purchase
(b)
received payment of the appropriate Fees from you by section 5 below, a legally
enforceable agreement between us and you will come into existence.
3.6.
Central University College does not book any examinations with any professional
body or examination board and is not responsible for doing so. It is your
obligation to arrange any essential exams that you desire to take before the
applicable closing date, which may or may not be related to the subject matter
of the Services offered to you by Central University College.
4. Fees
4.1.
The Fees for the Services shall be as set out on the Website or as told to you
over the telephone at the time you placed an order for them.
4.2.
All Fees are exclusive of any payments payable to any professional body for
registration and examination admission unless otherwise noted on the Website.
You must pay these fees directly to the relevant professional body or
examination board, and we take no responsibility or obligation if you do not
arrange your exam with the appropriate professional body or examination board.
4.3.
Fees for the Service selected by you on the Website or purchased over the
telephone shall be debited from your credit/debit card at the time of
purchase. Fees must be paid in full before you attending any Course.
4.4.
Any fees levied by your debit or credit card issuer in connection with your
purchase of Services are your responsibility, and Central University College is
not liable for them.
4.5.
You are responsible for any and all fees incurred as a result of your
participation at any In-Person Classes or access to any Online Course.
5. Liability
5.1. No
part of the provision of the Services shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended
to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of investment advice.
5.2.
Although Central University College strives to provide the Services to the
highest industry standards, neither it nor its trainers accept any liability
for me any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the programs or
Course Materials, and any reliance by Client on such information, (ii) any loss
or corruption of data, (iii) any loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill, or (iv)
any inability to provide the Services to the highest industry standards.
6. Intellectual
Property
6.1.
All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses, and
trainer speeches during In-Person Classes, whether adapted, written for, or
tailored for the Client or not, are and remain the intellectual property of
Central University College or its licensors.
6.2.
You are not authorized to:-
(i)
copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast,
post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written
permission.
(ii)
record on video or audiotape, relay by videophone or other means the Online
Course or Taught Course given
(iii)
use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training
whether given by us or any third party trainer;
(iv)
remove any copyright or other notice of Central University College on the
Course Materials;
(v)
modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save
to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online
Courses.
7. Confidentiality
7.1.
Each party shall keep the other party’s Confidential Information strictly
confidential and not use it otherwise than for these terms and conditions, and
shall return it on demand and not retain copies of it.
7.2. To
get counsel from its legal and other professionals, either party may divulge
Confidential Information.
7.3.
This clause will remain in effect even if these terms and conditions are
terminated.
8. Termination
8.1. We
shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide
you with any Services with immediate effect if you:
fail to
pay when due to your Fees.
act
aggressively, bullyingly, offensively, threateningly, or harassingly toward any
Central University College employee, any teacher or lecturer who conducts the
Classes, or any student who attends any of the classes with you.
Any
work that you are required to create or submit in connection with the Services,
or any examination taken in connection with the Services, should not be
plagiarised.
intentionally
or recklessly cause damage to our property, our staffers’ property, or the
property of other students on our grounds.
Are
intoxicated through alcohol or illegal drugs while on our premises;
8.2. On
termination clause 6 (liability), 7 (intellectual property rights), 8
(confidentiality), and 10 (restrictions) shall continue notwithstanding such
termination.
9. Assignment
Any
Services provided by us under these terms and conditions are personal to you and
are not transferable or assignable to anyone else.
Without
previous notice to you, we reserve the right to assign these terms and
conditions to any other company.
10. Entire
Agreement
These
terms and conditions, along with the Website Disclaimer and the Course Specific
Terms and Conditions, constitute the complete agreement between the parties and
supersede any earlier written or oral agreements or arrangements. You confirm
that you did not enter into these or any other terms and conditions with us
based on any representations. The liability for any fraudulent
misrepresentation is not limited by this clause or the terms and conditions.
11. Assignment
We may
assign, transfer, sub-contract any of our rights, services, or obligations to
any third party at our discretion.

Refund Policy
Courses
offered by Central University College are NOT eligible for refund and
cancellation. We may approve the transfer request provided the student meets
the following requirements:

Students must notify us in writing within
24-hours of placing your order. Please send email to info@centralcollegeuae.com
with details of the enrolled course.
·
Student may opt to transfer the paid amount
for other courses offered by Central Academy for Management Studies with
following conditions,
·
All Transfer requests must be made within
24-Hours of joining the course and only if the student has not yet started the
course.
·
If you meet the above requirements, you may
transfer to a course of equal or lesser value. Any excess tuition difference
will not be refunded for courses. Transfers to a class costing more must
include payment of additional tuition with the transfer request.
·
If the request is made AFTER 24-hours OR the
student has started their training course, your tuition is NON-Transferable.
·
Training courses fees paid by the student
cannot be transferred to another student.
